About

Kim Delage Bélanger
Social worker since 2016 and member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (License #: DELK1602090TS), I have a bachelor's degree in social work as well as a major in psychology. I'm also a "fournisseur" for CNESST and IVAC.
Ever since I was in high school, I've always known that I wanted to work in the mental health sector, accompanying people in distress to overcome the difficulties they face. This desire has only grown over the years.
My various professional experiences and continuous learnings have led me to work mainly with teenagers and adults experiencing a wide range of problems including mental health issues, relationship difficulties, bereavement, crisis situations, suicidal ideation, self-harm, domestic violence and youth protection issues.
Using a variety of approaches and a multitude of tools, I can help you achieve your goals, regain control over your life and rediscover your balance and well-being. I encourage a collaborative approach, in which you are the master of your life. I am here to support and guide you in a non-judgemental climate of trust and openness.
I offer individual psychosocial sessions for people aged 14 and over that are located in Quebec. I specialize in a short-term approach that will help you see results quickly. However, depending on your needs, I also offer medium to long-term support. Although my first language is French, I offer my services in both French and English.
Finally, my services are offered mainly by teleconsultation. For face-to-face meetings, we will need to discuss the modalities.
